Free report: Respect the food, say no to food waste

by Bal krishna Pandey | 05-11-2019 21:45 recommendations 2

We spend a lot of time at a wedding, vows, or other festive occasions. Beyond our financial status, we organize a big party by looking for a loan. We have the mindset that after giving a grand party, the reputation of ourselves and ours will increase, our reputation will increase. At the same banquet, more than half of the people who come to eat have a taste for food.
Hunger is widespread in the world. People are dying of starvation. Many children suffer from malnutrition due to lack of balanced diet. Even though we all know this, why do we waste food so easily? Who taught us to eat half a meal for ourselves on a plate? What is the difference between eating and eating what you like after eating with a few? Where did the great civilization enter into, with sadness left over from the food provided for us? How civilized are we to not even know how much we eat?
There are crowds of street children and other street people eating that dumped meal. How shameful are we that we should not be ashamed even when we throw our food in front of ourselves? How rude are we to always continue to feed ourselves, even after a couple of breaks?
What kind of bad thoughts do we suffer from thinking that we think of ourselves as great people, throwing away the things that give life, who gives life? We do not eat rice, maize, wheat, sap, barley, sap, etc. in our fields. Foods that are full of nutrients are very rich.

As the festivities go on, the food in our kitchen becomes more abundant. In celebration of the festive season, more and more food items are made in the name. Eating more than what your body needs will result in health problems and, on the one hand, overeating and over-cooking can result in financial loss. Along with the festival, the number of patients in the hospital increases. This is due to the fact that the number of patients has increased due to lack of attention to food Whereas, whatever the season, it is important to develop the eating habits as the main food. Avoid eating junk food by being lazy to make food.A lot of food is thrown at most school hostels. We have seen and eaten directly by adding water to the lentils, as the food in front of the hostel is heavy and the back is not sufficient. We have not been able to do schooling so that our children do not waste food.

In every home, everyone should develop the habit of eating what he or she needs. We all have a shared responsibility to make sure that we do not waste our food and do away with others. Food is the lifeblood of everyone. Let it be respected, respected by all. Let us not give up on something to eat, even if we do not hesitate.
Food is the lifeblood of everyone. Let it be respected, respected by all. Let us not give up on something to eat, even if we do not hesitate.

    Hey Bal
    this is Lisa your mentor!

Thanks for choosing such an important topic for your report food waste indeed is a huge problem worldwide. It's a tragedic irony while some of us are throwing away food, others in the other parts of the world are starving to death. I have once read from an article that we have reached a point where the amount of food production can easily feed all the population of the world and still be left to overfeed some. However, the problem of hunger hasn't been disappeared from our world which clearly points out that there's a problem with the distribution of those food productions. Many NGOs, social ventures and even the individual actors are trying to redistribute the food from those who have surpluses to those who are in lack yet the easiest and surest way to end this luxurious food waste is just as you have said, eating and cooking what we need only!

Thanks for sharing such an important issue and I really enjoyed reading your report!

    Hello Bal krishna

Your report makes me reflect on myself. Looking back my recent times and being honest, I've been taking the food I take for granted. I gave no special care to control the amount of food I get and threw away waste foods mindlessly. As you mentioned in your report, I should always keep in mind about the fact that there are people who are starving to death and never think about over cooking.

Thank you for reminding me, and other readers with the great report.

    Keep up the good work.
