Cont.¡¦

Along with the dustbin distribution program, we members of Project HPCP, launched by Bal Krishna Pandey, 23rd regional ambassador of TEG organized Drawing art program among the students of Rampur Madhyamik Vidhalaya, Rampur, Chitwan. total 60 students were present at the program from grade nursery to five. Teacher staffs and some volunteer groups were also participated on the program.

Tunza Eco generation ambassador Bal Krishna Pandey sponsored 70 paper, color pens and promotional goods provided by Tunza. It took about 1.30 hour to engage with children and let them express their inner feelings about nature on the paper through drawing. We requested the children to draw anything they wanted to, most of them made the sketch of home, temple, Himalaya and tree forest. Our members Manisha Upadhaye and Rashmi Thakur helped me to teach them about the environment and conservation ideas. We taught them not to spoil the environment by papers and plastics they were already conscious about afforestation and various environmental issues.

It was a very happy moment to be with the students and listen their inner feelings through their sketch.

    Hey Bal!
    This is your mentor Lisa:)

I am just amazed by how you never run out of ideas for promoting public awareness and the youths of your local community to take part in the environmental agendas.
Drawing is a fun and easy way for people to engage and especially enjoyable for very young population, who are and will be an important player in resolving the environmental issues.
It's great to see how you communicate and work with your people as the tunza ambassador and we all learn very much from you!

Keep up your green work dear and keep inspiring us!
