[Ambassador report] Leading from a living system mindset

Normally, in traditional organization make a change from top to bottom and that kind of change is unsustainable. The meaning is that decision makers only make the decision by themself and do not count the followers' opinion and feedback.
Moreover, make sure your employees understand your organization structure and goal. This will ensure your organization to be sustainable and resistant.
For example, look at the nature system, nature is always changing and is not the consistent. Furthermore, by understanding how your natural system is working, you become more adaptive and you can mange your ecosystem systematically.
In drawing the organization plans, you should keep in mind that who are your organization becoming and how are you expanding your relationship with another organization, what future plans do you expect and how will you do to achieve that. These facts are very important in making the progress of your organization.

All the things are interdependent. Respect the nature, Respect the human nature. Nature will respect you back.

    Hey there Hnin!

I hope you're well today. The notion that only decision-makers make decisions and that it should be passed down to everyone in the bottom so as to exercise those decisions is truly unsustainable. I have seen this in my own Workspace and environment and I do believe that things need to start from the bottom up instead fullstop only then will those higher up all understand that it takes realistic people who exercise the decisions everyday to make up rules and regulations that will fit a living space.

Thank you for this report, it was really thought-provoking!

    Hi Hnin,

This is such a relaxing report yet personally I'd like to define as important as you talked about the inter-dependentness of creatures. Due to such characteristics, we should not put them in jeopardy but to protect them.
