Hello Everyone.

I have been working with YpardNepal since 2 Years and recently apponted as YouthLead Ambassador as 22 global youth chaage makers by YouthLearning and USAID.

Ypard Nepal and YouthLead in collaboration is conducting a webinar on Connecting youth to agriculture. Webinar will focus on the climate change issues of agriculture in Nepal and role of youthchangemakera for climate resilent agriculture. The webinar will be facilated by Abhishek Khadka and Astha Bhusal from Ypard Nepal.

When:
Friday, January 17, 2020
9:00-10:00 am EDT

About this webinar:
Young Professionals for Agriculture Development (YPARD) is a global network of more than 70 countries, with over 18,000 web-registered members. YPARD Nepal is a country chapter within the network, where it has been serving as the best platform for youth involved in agriculture in Nepal. There is a growing number of young people who are turning farming into a viable enterprise in Nepal through sustainable intensification and creative marketing. The agriculture sector in Nepal is very vulnerable to climate change, and young people can help transform the sector to make it more sustainable and climate change resilient. This webinar will highlight the issues related to climate change in agriculture in Nepal and will also discuss solutions for climate resilient agriculture. Presenters will discuss examples of what they are doing as youth in agriculture to create a more climate resilient agricultural sector in Nepal.
