[Ambassador report] Do you wish to have your hair wet before bed?

Have you ever heard it is not good to bath in the evening or before going to bed? You may have. If you haven't heard also, there is a scientific reason behind this. I will be explaining you all from the hair perspective. When your hair is wet, it is very weak. And while you sleep, you rub your hair against pillow, this is the reason why friction is created. This causes weak wet hair to break. This is one of the reason why there is traction alopecia. It is also called as hair loss from some parts of your hair. It also causes red rashes in your head and circular patches. Also, hair produces oil, when a person is in sleep; pillow accumulate the oil from hair and also moisture if it is wet. It leads to fungal infections which in no way is good for human.

So, for the microbes oily and moist environment is very fruitful for growth. This ultimately has negative effect in the health of human. It's is generally preferred silk pillow cover and it's good to wash pillow cover in the regular interval.

So, do you wish to have your wet hair before bed?

    Thank you for explaining the scientific reason why sleeping with wet hair can cause alopecia. In fact, many people, including me, sleep right after having taken their showers because they feel too sleepy. By reading this article, I determine not to sleep right after taking shower.
