[Ambassador report] [Free Report] The reasons for the destruction of biodiversity.

There are many reasons for the destruction of biodiversity, and the main reasons are as follows.

First, a large population is the main reason for the destruction of the ecological environment. Once the ecological environment is destroyed, biodiversity will be destroyed with it. With the growth of the world population and economic development, the demand for natural resources is increasing. Cut down indiscriminately, overgraze. Unreasonable reclamation of lakes, reclamation of swamps, and excessive use of land and water resources have led to the destruction or even disappearance of the biological living environment, affecting the normal survival of species, and a considerable number of species have been quietly extinct without human awareness.

Second, environmental pollution has brought extinction to the survival of many living things. A large number of industrial and agricultural sewage and air pollutants in urban and rural areas, especially the harm of acid rain and the enrichment of heavy metals and long-term pesticide residues, make many aquatic and terrestrial organisms and ecosystems on the verge of extinction due to environmental deterioration.

Third, the situation of excessive hunting, domestic resale, and smuggling of wild animals is becoming more and more serious.

Fourth, the construction of large-scale water conservancy projects destroys biodiversity and the construction of large-scale water conservancy projects causes barriers between rivers and lakes, destroys the habitats of aquatic organisms, blocks the migration channels of some fish, and puts some species in danger.

Hi Nina He, this is a mentor, Sang Su Lee.

Sad thing about four reasons that you've mentioned in your article is that they are all problems created by humans. It is true that world population is growing rapidly, but the more serious problem is that as the population is growing, the greed also is growing. Many countries desire to develop economically or technically and therefore waste a lot of natural resources. This behavior reduces the biodiversity unfortunately. It is vivid from your article that to avoid this to happen, people should endeavor more to preserve the nature.

    Green Cheers~

    Greetings
I do hope you are all good..

Thank you so much for sharing this report with us..
Biodiversity destruction , no doubt has reached a maximum that today , we have been facing different environmental problems. Thus, what we can do is, we can do control on our activities while carrying out any sorts of activities..

    Go green,
    Regards

Hello Nina He, this is mentor Taehyun!

Many scientists say that one species per minute is now disappearing from Earth. It's highly likely that this is real. These days, as people's living and development range is getting wider, nature beyond our reach is disappearing. It seems that we need to be vigilant about this situation.

    Thank you for the report!

    Green cheers!

    Greetings Nina He,

    Thankyou for the wonderful report.

our biodiversity do relates for direct and indirect benifits and ecosystem services but reduction has lead to blocking of chains.

    Regards,
    Sandesh
