Best Economic Travel Vehicle

Planning to take a road trip? Well, I¡¯ll tell you about what the Best Vehicle for road trips are. Some vehicles are too large, some are too small, some are comfortable but take a lot of money in gas, and some just don¡¯t have the space to keep your luggage.

So, what about a truck? Well, a Truck is decent on gas, right? Well, to an extent, and it depends on if you¡¯re planning on buying diesel fuel. The short answer is it depends, some small trucks have decent gas mileage, and big trucks don¡¯t have great gas mileage. Okay, so beyond gas prices is a truck good for a road trip? Well, if you are taking it yourself yes. There is a lot of room in the truck bed for your luggage, and you may need a lot of things to take with you. However, the seats are small and narrow even in big trucks that it makes long trips, well, uncomfortable. So, is a truck the right choice for a road trip? No. It is spacious for luggage, but it¡¯s not really comfortable for long road trips. The gas mileage is either decent or expensive depending on the type of truck but will still cost you a lot in gas. The space for other people is nil simply because nobody like to sit straight up on a road trip.

Now, What about a car? Cars sound like they¡¯d be a good choice for a long road trip. Well, the back seats are spacious, and the front seats are comfortable for a few hours, but as far as comfort they¡¯re not the best in that area. Their gas mileage is usually pretty decent and depending on the style of car you could end up getting 37 miles to the gallon. So, they are good for gas prices. However, there really isn¡¯t much room for luggage. If you have car repair tools in your trunk and you¡¯re taking your children with you then you only have a little bit of space in the trunk that isn¡¯t occupied by your repair equipment. The car is good for comfort and mileage, but severely lacks in the storage area. No one wants to take a long road trip and not be able to take everything they need.

What about a van? Well, a van has bad gas mileage and is spacious in the fact that it can carry an entire family of seven. However, the downside to this is that if the car is full, there isn¡¯t much room in the back for all the luggage that a family needs to carry, it¡¯s narrow, and is very hard to organize your stuff if you do manage to fit most of it in there. So, a van is a no go in every area beside sitting comfortably.

Finally, we reach the mid-sized vehicles. Can a mid-sized car be better than a car? Yes, It has the same spacious comfort that a van and car have. The gas mileage is almost the same as a car. I mean you won¡¯t actually get the same high gas mileage, but a few miles per gallon off isn¡¯t terrible. Finally, we come to the storage space. Well, there is a lot of space for luggage. Half the car is storage, and it also keeps the passengers in the front and back seats comfortable. So, is an SUV the best? Yes, reviews are in, and they say that it is indeed the most economic travel choice.

The best midsize SUV for a road trip is one that has hybrid capabilities. It is the most spacious, with the most gas mileage, and the most comfortable. Meanwhile, the car is a close second, if it had more storage space without giving up comfort it may have been the best on the list. A truck is good for hauling stuff everywhere, but not really a great road trip vehicle. The van is spacious but lacks in mileage and luggage space. So, by default the one with the best of all three is the victor.
