We live in a beautiful earth with amazing and mesmerizing beauty of nature. Nature is the symbol of peace, beauty and happiness. Once you start loving nature then trust me! We just forget those bar and restaurants. Instead of loud music and songs you prefer to listen to those melodious sound of birds. Nature has that much power where people feel calm and relax. BUT, In this 21st century, Do you really! feel that wow feeling with nature? Can you listen to those melodious sound of birds? Probably, the answer is NO. And yes, our nature is in danger. The beauty of earth is declining day by day. Home of the various animals, birds are destroying day by day. The forest land is converting into settlement areas. And we (human) are responsible for all these activities. Many factors like climate, earth temperature by burning fossil fuels, cutting down forest etc are increasingly influencing by humans. Due to poverty and low adaptive capacity, the countries like Nepal is more vulnerable to climate change. Not only this due to increase in fossil fuels, deforestation, the concentration of green house gases is increasing rapidly. And also there is bad impact on the water resources in Nepal. Recent observation shows that permanent snowline has moved to higher level. Which can cause snow flood. Similarly, frequent increase in the extreme events like dough and floods, increase in surface temperature etc are some of the effects of climate change that Nepal is experiencing from several decades and exactly same problems are also facing by rest of the other countries. |
