Hi Tunza Eco Generation Friends! Today I have a news about our student club Earth Kids TRIS! So, a new subject called ?GMRC? started this year for Grade 8s, which is my grade. It?s a class that basically teaches us about world-wide issues like global warming, human rights, gender equalities. 

Last August, we learned about orphans. After we learned about this topic, our GMRC teacher had this idea for us to make a program for these orphans. Our class debated hard how should we help Thai orphans, and we decided to do the easiest program we could do. We call it ?TRIS World Order(TWO)?. We have 4 events. So our main idea is this. Our class will go around classes in TRIS, telling students to donate stationary like recycled pencils, erasers, small t-shirts, old toys, anything that orphans could receive and use it normally and we will prepare a box for each class so they can put the stuff inside the boxes.

Also, in Jan 15-19, after school we could have a limeade stand inside or outside of the school and sell it to TRIS students who just did P.E and thirsty for water. All the profits 100% will be donated to orphanages. With this event, we planned a raffle event in the future when we do our ?Limeade to Aid? event in Jan 15 to 19. By preparing lots of prizes, we will sell each raffle ticket for 10 baht.

Our ?Bake Sale for Hearts? event was held on Dec 4 in our school?s Christmas Fun Fair. With our home-made cookies, brownies, pancakes etc we are planning to donate all the profit that we will get to the orphanage. For a total, we earned 1,095 baht. In this event, our student club Earth Kids TRIS supported. Our club members volunteered to bring home-made cookies, brownies, selling, making a place for our class to do our bake sale.

I know Tunza Eco Generation is a group that professionals about environment issues, global warming, climate changes but with these issues gender equalities, human rights are important work for us human to solve. We should solve these issues as fast as possible.
