Sanitation And Cleanliness The Road To Good Health

The starting of the campaign 'sanitation and cleanliness the road to good health' has being very difficult because of the mentality that our people have developed but gradually satisfactory and bring a lot of positive impacts to Ghanaians in our society. The aim of the campaign is to Ghanaian youths and children what sanitation means, the causes, the effects and how their contribution can eliminate the menace of poor sanitation in our societies.
This wonderful group now consist of three youth students from different schools aiming at ing our people the causes, effect and how can eradicate it. We attend schools, religious places and public places that we thinks permission can be granted. We also try to convince our friends but one question that they use to ask but we can't do it for them is? is there any financial benefit we are going to get if we volunteer ?. We hope they will understand it later and they will run to support our campaign.

The campaign has been a helpful one by the formation of the sanitation angels in Faithful Academy in Bosore. People of Bosore have started to see the importance of cleaning the environment. Sanitation angels go outside the school premises to clean the environment. This effort surprised the people, how they came that plan. The plans that elderly people never thought, they were glad and I think grown up men and women will imitate it. One Islamic young students in Teacher Nkwanta have also promised me that they are going to form a group like a sanitation angels to keep the community clean.
Very soon, many Ghanaians are going to realize this campaign, understand it and help to mitigate our bad attitudes towards poor sanitation in Kumasi, Ghana and Africa at large.
