   Never play your games against the nature. This was the word from Mr peter Kaniye from Permaculture, Never EndingFood farm at chitedze, Lilongwe Malawi. I was pleasured to visit this farm to appreciate what they do and learn on how to conserve our environment as well as sustainable solutions that can have lasting impact. It was indeed a very nice journey as I learnt a lot of things on how best can we protect our planet from distraction. I was very interested to see how they treat their toilets to make manure that are then used for crop production. At Permaculture they do a lot of things among them are: organic production of crops and livestock, water harvesting, waste management and recycling. Thanks to Stacia Nordin a founder of Never EndingFood for giving me this opportunity to visit this farm. |
