In Nigeria, the WED Celebration was a memorable occasion the sub-theme was "Go green". it had people from diverse agencies, including Environmental  bodies, waste and recycling agencies,NGO's, private organisations particularly the state Government executives and many more. it was observed in an open flourished  grass field. the celebration was accompanied with photo gallery exhibitions of forest products, natural resources and even tourist sites in Nigeria. Moreso, at the end of the celebration the Governor and his executives flagged off the 'Go Green' campaign of tree planting in all the 23 local Government areas of the state. This will in turn create a more friendly environment for its citizens and improve the intellectual well-being of  the populace.
