As the fellow ambassadors may be aware that I am the founder of a student Group named Serve The Earth. We carry out many eco-activities, competitions & contests all the yearlong.

One of a very popular activity is RecycleThon. It is carried out regularly throughout the year. Sometimes outdoors but I have communicated to all of them that any of the volunteers is welcome to visit our house and hand over the recyclables on weekends. Subsequently I make sure to hand over the same to local recycling organization [Beeah] and they take care of the same. This cycle is going on for the past three years.

Through the medium of this Environmental networking platform I wish to express my sincere thanks to the dedicated young contributors of my group. They are the kids who regularly collect & deposit the recyclables & contribute to save the landfills. To mention a few of them Nooper, Resham & Mayur. They are great eco-Warriors.

No contribution is small & no effort is meagre. Each kilo matters & since it is handed over to the recycling agency we make sure that it is handled in an apt manner. All these kids are so enthusiastic that all over the month they collect & keep the recyclables carefully & neatly. Month end they visit us & hand over the bags containing Paper, Plastic, Aluminum Cans etc.

This is called true service & this gives me a boost to be more active in the drives & also to organize varied drives & competitions for them so that their energy level is kept high throughout. They encourage their parents, peers, classmates & the chain is endless.
