Electricity

by Xilola Kayumova | 28-01-2017 23:30

 Hello my Tunza family,
Here is another brief report on electricity. I hope you will like it...
If you've ever sat watching a thunderstorm, with mighty lightning bolts darting down from the sky, you'll have some idea of the power of electricity. A bolt of lightning is a sudden, massive surge of electricity between the sky and the ground beneath. The energy in a single lightning bolt is enough to light 100 powerful lamps for a whole day or to make a couple of hundred thousand slices of toast!
Electricity is a kind of energy. Most of the electricity people use is made in special places. It travels through wires from these places to our homes. People also get electric energy from batteries.
Electricity plats a huge role in our lives. 21st century is the century of new technologies and investments. Can any of you imagine your life without your electronical devices? Can you live 1 day without looking at your phone to 'check the time out!' Can you live 1 day without watching TV in order to 'gain information and news!'  No, I dont think so.
Every day, we use a lot of electricity.
Countries like America, Canada, UK, Korea and others always have electricity. Some people who live there dont even know what the shortage of electricity is. I dont want to say that some countries are better than others, but I just want your attention payed to some countries where they almost have no electricity at all.
Energy from electricity is used to light lamps. It heats many kind of buildings. It runs machines, such as toasters, vacuums, TVs, Blenders and so on. Suppose someone plugs in a lamp. Then the person turns it on. The lamp wire carries electricity and it makes the light go on.
People use electric energy from batteries in many ways. Then, the electricity moves to toys, radios, flashlights and even to the phone which has a square battery in the back side.
It is our duty to save energy for our own goods and for our own bright future!
