The current context, stakes and new challenges necessitated the adoption of a new methodology and steps based on the involvement of different actors, especially environmental associations to take advantage of all the efforts, as well as the resources and available means to protect the environment and achieve the goals of sustainable development, and from this perspective, the Ministry of Water Resources and the Environment organized in Tlemcen state: Partnership Forum for the Environment under the slogan "Together towards environmental citizenship".

This event is the second and of the western states -after the first forum which is of eastern state- with the participation of all the associations active in the field of environmental protection and with the presence of the minister of water resources and environment Abdelkader Wali and the governor of Tlemcen.

The Forum aims to: Strength the partnership between the public authorities and civil society for the benefit of the environment and sustainable development, value and facilitate the role of associations in order to recruit citizens for the benefit of the environment and sustainable development, strength the role of civil society in the development of the green economy, integrate of civil society in: running, maintaining, and rehabilitating and valuing environmental regulations and upgrade and develop the role of civil society in the protection of water resources. And included three workshops: Towards the partnership, the local authority and civil society  Education, environmental awareness-raising and volunteering in order to improve the standard of living framework for citizen's life Green economy and protection of water resources, what is the role of civil society? In addition to the discussion and adoption of workshops recommendations.
