My favorite environmental book (Its Russian)

Heallo dear eco warriors,
Today I would like to introduce my favorite environmental book. I have read many introductions to great books and they were all so interesting. Also, thanks for sharing them. I think that all of them really are must read books:) One thing that many ambassadors forgot to write, is the references. We must not forget that we promissed not to copy!!!
Actually, I wanted to write about Lorax! I went through the reports and saw that it was already introduced. And not only once...
So, I decided to introduce another amazing book. We dont have English books in my country and in general, there arent many books here. Books cost much and people dont want to read books because of their price. But my grandmother was a teacher and she always used to buy us great books, not saying anything about the price. She used to say 'If parents spend money on books, the children will be smart. When the children are smart, they are capable to do much more than they are doing right now. Elder people should not try to save their money and leave children without books.'
When I was in 6th grade, my grandma bought me an encyclopedia. I finished it in 1 month. At that time, my level of language was not very good and I had difficulties with understanding some words. However, I overcame the challenge with the help of my loved ones!
The book is named 'The big illustrated encyclopedia of nature'. There are so many interesting facts and great stories that describe what nature is. It has many great information about water, air, earth and other environmental sources.
I think that I really liked this book back then because it was so fun for me. I mean,  I like it even now and I use it a lot. But back at that time, i couldnt stop myself from reading it and keeping on opening the next pages. The realistic pictures gave me a great opportunity to pretend and think about the things i read.
My favourite part is the part about animals and creatures. The way they live and the way they hunt, the ways they communicate and the ways they express their loves... I think that this is an amazing book which is worth a read. I highly recomment reading the English version of the book.
I will post a picture of the references printed on the book.
Thanks for reading
