In just few years, Danang of Vietnam has grown to be the most favorite tourist destinations in Asia. What helps Danang leave good impression on tourists are not only natural beauty and good tourism service, but also a city full of greenish and buildings friendly to environment. To achieve such development, Danang has continuously implemented many programs and projects.

Firstly, Danang established Green Danang Fund. This Fund aims to call for investment from individuals and organizations to develop and maintain a system of urban plants. Since this fund was operated, Danang scenery has been improved so much. Trees and plants can be seen everywhere. Plants not only bring the aesthetic scenery for the city, provide shade, but also play an important role in preventing the city from influences of climate change and support the city?s sustainable development.

Danang also has tried to develop sustainable and green indicators. The purpose of these indicators is to help Danang become an ideal living environment without pollution for the citizens and a promising investment environment to foreigners. To fulfill these indicators, Danang authorities have held conferences to consult ideas and suggestions from delegates and experts.

Last but not least, Danang also enthusiastically support projects of developing sustainable energy. Danang authorities had meetings with representatives from World Bank to analyze the situation of using energy in the city. At the same time, they try to figure out the best approach to alternative sources of energy and how to apply them appropriately.
