Dear Fellow ambassadors, On the occasion of The World Environment Day on 05-Jun-16, I was thinking for past many days how to celebrate so that the conservation of environment can be ensured on this day. Few days ago I was introduced to a Villa Resident in Sharjah who was very enthusiastic for planting trees in his villa. He had place for approx. 40 trees to be planted.

I had some meeting with the person & explained about Tunza Eco-Generation platform to him. He & His Brother?s family have 3 children who were also very excited about this unique platform and planting trees. We decided that I will organize an exciting event named A Treet for Planet.

Here children will choose their preferred tree to be planted & the same shall be planted by him / her on the The World Environment Day on 05-Jun-16. In addition it will be supported by the name of the person planting the tree. I will also introduce the Tunza Eco-Generation platform to all the attendees & urge them to join this Web Group & contribute towards conservation & preservation of Environment.

I circulated the poster of the event at the social media & soon it was flooded with entries. Soon my deadline of 40 trees was met & I am now excitedly waiting for the event. I will be too happy to share the success story of this event after it is over & post the pictures of the same.
