Dear Fellow ambassadors, I am carrying on various recycling drives for past many years and this has been a constant source of inspiration & motivation for many others in my locality, City & even in other countries as well.

It seems so satisfying that the efforts to conserve & preserve The Mother Nature are gaining momentum & many more people are taking part. This is evident from the new & vibrant team of ambassadors of Tunza Eco-Generation and their team members. I wish to thank Erika & Christy & we regularly await the effervescent comments of Park & Minjoo.

 My 3Rs Pick & Drop GreenBox has become immensely popular & many students in our community have adopted this unique idea. This is very satisfying service for the eco-conservation. The primary objective of this popular initiative is to encourage reusing and recycling books. With the start of the new academic year in many schools, it is an instant hit. Last year on 30-April-2015 this was covered by our National newspaper Gulf News as well. Incidentally, the newspaper editorial board selected this as a winner report for the month & I secured Second Place. For the past Two years many students have benefitted with this drive.

Coming back to last Friday, It was as usual a day kept for Recycle-thon which is continuing since past two years. My building mates, neighbors, friends all keep recyclables with them for 1-2 weeks than hand over to me for onward submission to the recycling agencies like Beeah or Emirates Environmental Group.

I keep a tally of all the material submitted & than announce the winners after 1-2 months. This is a great motivation for them to compete in the community & emerge as winner.

I, myself collect & deposit Plastic Bottles, Newspaper, Cans etc. every week. Many Restaurants, groceries etc. are my support system in this regard. This has become a habit.

Whenever they visit my house with recyclables, I offer them Tunza Give-away & always give them a lecture about Tunza activities & information about their web-portal. This is my passion to spread awareness about this unique platform for Environment.
