Taking these line into consideration, our team of volunteers in collaboration with Social Forestry Division Hyderabad-(Sindh Forest Department), organized an event on International Forest Day at The City School Hyderabad, Sindh-Pakistan. Basically, our aim was to aware our next generation about the importance of GREEN LIVING: Why global warming is increasing day by day and what's the reason behind hot weather in winter days? How Air pollution is destroying the Ozone Layer of the Earth which is resulting entrance of UV rays direct of our planet EARTH and because of this, such rays are damaging the surface of greenery & creating global warming. All the unclear topics and questions were showed and answered with doing some activities like Drawing posters, Plantation & Stage performance- All the guests & volunteers including kids participated in activities to support our cause. We believe that TREES are so important than other things because they produce Oxygen and protect us from Ultraviolet radiations by creating a shield around the EARTH called Ozone Layer. Our generation might have forgotten but its not too late to wake up them by telling the massacre of life after no trees/forest around us. Well, planning of the idea/event was initiated by Nilesh & Team and then everything was organized and implemented by Social Forestry Division Hyderabad with the support of our volunteers. Our Guests were invited from different private & government sectors, our stage performers were students of The City School (Very talented and smart kids I have ever seen who are mentally sharp and ethically strong), and our volunteers were students from different institutes/universities/collages. Concluding my report by paying warm gratitude to Mrs. Fozia Baloch (Principal City School), Chief Guest Dr. Nasiruddin Sheikh (Principal Govt. College Hyderabad-Sindh), Mr Nazir Qasmi (Associate Professor Botany), and Mr. Muhammad Nadeem Rajput (Asst. Director Colleges) for their valuable support and time for making the event a great success. A very special Thanks to the hidden star behind this all who did not only helped us to get Divisional Support but joined our hands at event as well ASMA SHAHID SIDDIQUE (Gr.18 DFO-Social Forestry Hyderabad-Sindh Forest Department) she is mother of our one of the Volunteer Enbisaat Raheela Siddique (r_enbisaat@yahoo.com) #SayGreen #SupportGreen #GoGreen #LiveGreen Reported by: NILESH KUMAR LUHANA Regional Ambassador (Pakistan) - Tunza Eco-Generation nileshk@live.com 92 333 2547487
