 In UAE , in the run to become eco-friendly the government are motivating the people to turn eco-friendly by providing certain incentives . In the emirate Ajman , the Ajman Police and planning directorate will exempt environmentally friendly cars from paying paid parking charges. ?Ajman Muncipality strongly supports and encourages the discoveries or programmes that consolidate the concept of an environmentally aware culture, protecting the environment from catastrophic pollutants. We see the vision of the UAE leaders who placed comprehensive plans to accomplish a sustainable development in various fields of life that ensures the UAE is a smart, green country whose members live a pleasant life.? said Sheikh Rashid. He also added that the decision to exempt environmentally friendly cars aims at encouraging people to use such cars as a solution. The step comes in implementation of the directive of Sheikh Rashid Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, General Director of Ajman Muncipality and Planning Directorate, to protect the environment from pollution. ?Such cars are fighting a negative phenomenon that adversely affects the natural environment and will positively contribute to a greener, healthier earth. The emissions of carbon monoxide and other poisonous gases are thus reduced.? Yehia Ibrahim Al Reyaysa, Director of Ajman Muncipality, also encouraged the use of such cars by the public.
