Sikles is a beautiful Gurung villagesustaing eco-friendly lifestle in the mountains of the western Nepal.Also it occupies the major part of the annapurna Conservation Area,with it's rich bio-diversity.And this year Friends of Nature(FON) Nepal and Conservatin Area management commitee(CAMC) have organized Nepal owl Festival 2016 on 19th to 20th February at this beautiful village which has been promoting eco-tourism since many years. This festival is a conflux of culture,conservation and entertainment,where one can enjoy the typical gurung culture and food delicacy as well as be a part of conservation in an exciting way through activities like nature walk,bird race,informative displays and information about owls,awareness activities,conservation awards,speeches and many more. Hope that this programme will achieve it's objectives and add another step in nature conservation where Owls will be a medium.  P.S.
