Leaders are not those who boast, they should act too and we are running in 3 days program to develop leadership capacity in student. Sincere thanks to Ambassador Sujan Adhikari for giving me this opportunity to take session and share my learning?s.

Main aim of this program is to develop interaction among students and to develop their capacity to express themselves among people. Students are divided in group and given certain plans to act in .Such a active participation of student is really making me happy.

None can be top at once, we should learn step by step and go ahead to make better environment and better us. From this program we are making students learn about report writing, presentation and making them aware about human encroachment from small drama.

Tunza Eco club formation and this leadership training, we are making small effort for student and for better environment.
