If there are opportunities in this world then problems also exists around us . Where I live is the small village of Nepal and my society is also facing some of the problems .Over use of fertilizer and unmanaged drainage system are determined as the major challenging factors because of which my community is lagging behind in sanitation.

Nature cannot withstand the unlimited use of anything and over use of fertilizer can completely change the environment . Most of the people are involved in agriculture in my society as there is large area of fertile land for agriculture . Previously people used to follow the traditional method of agriculture .There was sound environment with fresh air but now  we cannot imagine to  take breathe in fresh air .When people knew about the use and benefits of fertilizer , people started using it but these ignorant people could not understand about its limit .Nowadays effects are seen on people as well as honey bees . Honey bees are dying because of use of fertilizers in mustards and flowers and in people lung problem, coughing , headache and others long term problem is seen .This has been a great problem in our community .

Unmanaged drainage is deteriorating the natural beauty of our community . Environment becomes healthy only when it is pollution free , fresh air , water and land is found and all people are aware about the sanitation .But throwing of waste everywhere and unmanaged disposal is creating the foul smell  and many problems are arising .  It is becoming so difficult to move around .

Both of these problems in our society is because of lack of awareness among people .  It is very necessary to solve both of these problems . Right this time also some of the people are raising issues related to this .But without the active participation of youth   it is not possible .  I have made some plans for the management of wastage and proper disposal  of it .After the completion of my education  I will try to involve all of my youth friends and make people aware about the proper use of fertilizer .Talking to the seniors of my community I will made an arrangement to visit every house and group of house .I will gather all the villagers and make them known about the importance of organic manure , method of preparation and proper use of it .

Issue of management of drainage should be taken to the higher level of community .I will make an arrangement for it .Being an   environmentalist I will try to fulfill all my duty towards my community . Best method of disposal of waste water in kitchen garden as organic waste and separation of non degradable waste, this will also bring the change far better .
