Person must be flexible, cheerful, tactful, courtesy, enthusiastic, sincere, pleasant, versatile, and loyal. And this is type of leader we are searching for and we are craving since formation of Tunza Eco Club.

Only Club formation is not a big deal but to give it continuity, to make students aware on environmental issues is our major goal. So, to give students first hand knowledge on Environment and its ethics, leadership training is most. And after this program student will be able to conduct program effectively in school, plan activities for future and act on plan.

DAY-1 

With Coordination of Prakriti Dhakal , Sub-coordination of Aabha Pokharel and support from other volunteers we are able to move on our way, our way to make students aware, our way to develop leadership in students, our way to make leadership development training a grand and successful. We went through different sessions in todays? program and students felt relief after the end of program, students eyed left and right and choose best one.

Our main program today was to introduce students among themselves, give them with knowledge about Leadership and Unity, Inform them about Tunza and make them able to confront mass. So, we are moving on our way and we get their heart and yes we conquered with our schedule on this Very 1^st Day.
