I too took a session to give them a motivational speech.

Why do you think I am here? 

I am here to tell you that, now is the time for action,

Now is the time to shine brilliantly, 

Now is the time and we are the ones,

We are the moment ready to lead, ready to transform.

Unity invites you to work together, to transform the world together.

 

Neither, I am here to tell you about ' climate change ?as I did not do in previous session nor to show the video of human encroachment and I am not going to give lectures about unity. 

I am here to listen you all....

I am here to tell you that

We are each other's harvest,

We are each other's business,

We are each other's magnitude.

 

 ?Don?t be afraid of change,

Don?t be always common try to be a limited edition. "

May you feel very secure in the pond where you are in, but if you never venture out of it you will never know that there is such a thing as a ocean and a sea.

Holding on a something is good for you now! But that may be the reason why you don't have something better.

Make your own, lead ahead.

 

Among you I can say who could be the best leader and they are the front liner, because a leader always stay a step ahead. So, the last benchers, from the next time try to stay ahead. 

Each of us has own unique flaws, it is these flaws we have that makes life so very interesting and rewarding.

No horse gets anywhere until he is harnessed.

No stream or gas drives anything until it is confined.

Unless you put petrol in a bike,

it will not move .

 

I can read your mind, you might be thinking of electric bike. 

Obviously, that too runs through the power supply.

So, we human too are machines, your mind is a processing unit and your body is a casing.

Thus, supply power in your machine and that is your strength.

Life grows great only when it is focused, dedicated and discipline.

So, be the one!

Because one song can spark a moment,

One flower can wake the dream,

One word can frame the goal,

One star can guide a ship at sea, 

One sunbeam lights a room,

One candle wipes out darkness,

And one heart can know what is true and it?s you....

It?s upon you to be a one!

It?s upon you to prove that one life can make a difference.

You see! Take one step ahead...

 

Be the leader!

Life isn't finding shelter in the storm. It is about learning to dance in the rain.

If you dream it, you can achieve it.

I remember my school days, our principal sir, often used to come in our classroom and give a lecture on discipline, on leadership.

 

Its feel wow! Cool. If I hadn't done assignment of that period. But, sometimes I used to think, ?What a boring lecture disturbing the regular class, you should do this ! You should not do that! " .

But as i am grown up, I realized how much it was important than our regular courses.

 

Leader! Leader doesn't always mean a president or a prime minister,

To be a leader, I don't mean you to be a next Pasang Lamu Sherpa.

Can you be the next Malala ?

Its not easy! 

Leader! Simple, everyone is a leader, just try to lead your classroom, lead your community in a right path and lead your family in happiness and the most lead you yourself for a successful future, to be well civilized.

As Malala says ?Let us make our future now, and let us make our dream tomorrow reality, one presence, One power?.

 

Who knows who is the unhappiest person in the world?

Those who care the most what other people think.

Be on the right path, don't care other's words.

Even my friends, my neighbors says, ' Why you are wasting your time doing such stuffs ? ?And just a big smile on them. Because this is my earth, she is my mother, no alien will come to wipes out my mother's tear.

 

So, damn care other's words if you are in a right track.

How hard it seems but then assures them it can be done if we try, and we are the hope and must be the action. Look at the mentors, look at them (introducing one by one) be inspired of them.

You may not know how hard they are doing for you all. 

They are the true examples of volunteers.

Doing so what they got?

They got satisfaction they say it is the kindest way of happiness.

Because doing volunteering, 

Someone will have enough food to eat tonight,

Someone will get clothes to hide their sorrows, 

Someone can live a new life receiving the medical care, 

Someone will learn how to cope difficulties and learn to survive, 

And someone will have known there is at least one person in this world who cares.

So, to be a true volunteer develop 

1. Generosity 

2. Understanding 

3. Compassion

4. Empathy

5. Patience and dedication 

(I described all the characters) 

 So, attract what you expect,

Reflect what you desire. 

Become what you respect,

Mirror what you admire. 

 

And, now my dear juniors lets know the characters of leader.

1. Knowledge - he must be well informed 

2. Pleasant personality - he must draw people 

3. Tactful - he must have skill and understanding to handle people and situation successfully and without causing offense

4. Initiative - he must be able to take the right action at right time 

5. Courtesy- he must be respectful to others

6. Impartiality - he must have no favorite 

7. Flexibility - he must be subject to change

8. Cheerfulness - he must be willing to work hard 

9. Industrious - he must be willing to work hard

10. Emotional stability - he must have poise

11. Sympathy - he must possess a kindred feeling

12. Enthusiam- he must possess a contagious sprite

14. Sincerity-he must be genuine
