The latin country become reference to the developed countries when the topic is regarding to decreasing of greenhouse gas emissions. It is the only developing country that made the commitment to mitigate greenhouse gas emission. Because of that, the goal is to reduce the emissions by 37% till 2025 and 43% until 2030. In order to make it possible, the nation needs to cease Amazon deforestation and restore about 12 milions of hectares by 2030 which is an area equivalent to England. Moreover, Brazil is the first country out of the most developed ones (G7) that established a deadline of descarbonization of economy. Brazil intend to amplify the use of renewable energy from 28% to 33% in its energy system by 2030. The country presented in the meeting the most ambicious green goal of the world.
