For starters, they are friendlier to the Earth than planes, cars.or buses. Bicycles consist of handles, pedals, a wooden or metal frame, and safety gear. The bicycle uses less materials in its production. Although the helmet is made of plastic, it can still protect you from the elements, and besides, the car uses more plastic and electricity in its production!

Many of us also live in cities, and we usually travel by metro or taxis or trains. But hey, why not try a bicycle? On a bicycle, you can people-watch. Observing the behaviours of people and talking to them is one thing you should always do. This is because you will understand why and how people are part of trends (Facebooking / Williams and Kate / Inequality) and how they act on instruments of objects in a way that contributes to the trend becoming widespread. That knowledge can be put to good use in business or inventions! You cannot do that easily with cars and taxis, and at a cheaper environment cost too!

Lastly, a bicycle can be used ANYTIME. Tell that to the cars. Or the buses. In an era with so many vehicle breakdowns, we need a better alternative. And that alternative is the bicycle! Save the Earth!
