by Luiz Bispo | 27-04-2015 13:25

There is a project in University of Sao Paulo (Brazil) which is managed by a group of students called Forest Group Monte Olimpo. The student group was established in 1996 and it works with greenhouse management, conservation, reforestation and commercial forest management in order to acquire wood for paper and energy industries.

The project in issue aims to restore an area in a river edge with diverse native species. Parallel to the reforestation goal, the project seeks to improve the river water quality and also use it as an education sample.

Currently,  a lot of conservation and reforestation projects include law. One of the most significant law is that every water body in nature must have certain area of native trees in its edge.

The world is changing fast, which looks like in a negative way. Therefore, people can not allow it occurs and should create strategies to solve the problems that they made for themselves.

Reforestation and conservation are some ways to achieve that.
