Awareness Workshop on recycle in residential neighborhoods

On November 26, 27, 2014
National Institute for Environmental configurations organized workshop and on waste segregation in residential neighborhoods in Environment House in Sidi Bel Abbes, for the benefit of  and associations active in the protection of the environment due to the importance of civil society to sensitize the citizen.
 Workshop included a presentation of the process to start sorting waste, within the national strategy for waste recycle, as well as how use of pedagogical methods in sensitization and awareness, has left the choice of environmental points of Sidi Bel Abbes (green clubs, environmental associations, scouts, Neighborhood committees, Landfill Center, environment Directorate, the interests of the municipality, the media and the press, local authorities ...) in choosing a neighborhood as a first step of the process that will be circulated pace "neighborhood  every month".
One of the important objectives:
Sensitize the citizens about the screening technique.
The involvement of all segments of society to participate in cleaning the neighborhood, and their sense of responsibility towards the spirit of the neighborhood cleaner.
The operations will include:
*Lessons awareness: 
            - awareness classes on the subject of waste.
            - Offers Diaporama to raise awareness on the subject.
*Pedagogical projects: 
            - Environmental Plays.
            - Environmental Games.
*Awareness campaigns: 
            - the contribution and participation of associations, schools, educational institutions and Youth organizations.
            - Integration of the neighborhood committees in the process.
*******For the sort of waste, is used:********
Yellow container for recyclable waste .
Green container for non-recyclable waste.
