by | 22-10-2014 05:58

Hi my dear Ambassadors fellows .

I hope you are fine and doing well

In this Article I will not talk about any environmental or Eco issue, but I will share with you some points I have learned in a Training Course in How to write a good reports .

I will make it easy for you and summarize it as points as following :

1- The Title of your Report : should be short and concise, where it should reflect what you have done and should bring out any eye-catching factor of your work, for good impact.

2- Purpose of a report: writing to be readA key thing to keep in mind right through your report writing process is that a report is written to be read, So try to just mention the main points, no need to write all things because the shorter report the more readers the most inspiring report .

3-
Gathering and selecting information :

Once you are clear about the purpose of your report, you need to begin to gather relevant information ( URL , Photos , Numbers and References ).

4- Start your Report with an Abstract : Abstract is the most-read part of a report. This is how you attract attention to your writing. The abstract should be short, generally 1 paragraphs (100 words or less ). where it should contain the essence of the report, based on which the reader decides whether to go ahead with reading the report or not.

5- The Body of your Report : The main body of the report may be divided into multiple sections as the case may be. You may have different sections which delve into different aspects of the problem.
It is prefer if your body include near to 300 words .

5- Conclusion of your Report : Readers usually read the title, abstract, and conclusions. In that sense, this section is quite important. You have to state the main take-away points from your work. What you want back from the readers and what is your next steps .

6- Reviewing and redrafting : Try to read the draft from the perspective of the reader. Is it easy to follow with a clear structure that makes sense? Are the points concisely but clearly explained and supported by relevant evidence?

7- Publishing your Report : Once you are satisfied with the content and structure of your redrafted report, you can turn your attention to present and publish your report.

Finally try to choose the best pictures related to your report, mention the links and references based on your report .

I hope this article will be a helpful tool for you all , and looking forward for your Awesome coming reports .

Best Regards
