Yesterday I read news in the newspaper that the Tamilnadu government gives free things like seeds, and guides in order to motivate open terrace garden. In my one of the last ambassador articles, I represented open terrace garden in my friends house. Now it is popular all over the city. All are showing interest in making home garden in their open terrace, if they own a own building. This is not allowed in a rented buildings. Now the vegtetables and fruits available in open market is not a full of vitamins and minerals but a full of pesticides and artificial fertilizers. So we will affected by many new diseases, even we cannot find out why this caused? what is the correct medicine etc. Recently my mother is affected by severe skin rashes, even she took rest in home itself without exposing her in sunlight. The doctors did not know what is the reason for this. They simply told that now a days we consume more vegetables and fruits which are grown using fertilizers and pesticides. We thought that we intake nutrients but actually they are poison only. The best solution for this is making home garden in open terrace if they did not have place around the houses. So we can eat fresh vegetables without artificial fertilizers. It will reduce CO2 in surrounding area and reduce somewhat air pollution. One fruitfully engage in garden dosen't do excercise separately. The time to drive or walk to market is reduced. We utilize that time too for our gardening. Children in those housed are start to love nature automatically. These are not only the benefits, but also we can save money . Not only money but also our health too. |
