Deforestation is a threat to our future. Trees often ensure habitat and food should for wild animals, and inhibit the amount of carbon dioxide, reducing the green house gas emissions. There is no life with out trees and we are to realize that faster. I know I finally did.

In a society in which paper is readily available, and often, the drastic environmental effects are not so thought of in our situations, such as when teachers grade 10 page, double spaced essays by printing all fifty of them. However, I have connected the fashion, and recycling, in order to turn recycling paper into a more engaging, enjoyable activity. Below are a few pictures of a fashion show I did, with a dress constructed entirely of newspaper and magazine articles. 

I encourage us to utilize our passion and creativity to recycle more and more of our scarce natural resources. Whether its fashion, or technology, or agriculture, there may be a way to ensure a brighter, greener future for mother earth. We can do it it's just that currently we don't. And lets not wait until we are alone in a world with only 2 trees to realize that we, really need to save paper.
