  Flood in Nigeria is becoming alarming has years passes by, this is due to high amount of rainfall recorded every year and bad drainage system unable to cater for this amount of rainfall. Another reason for the issue of flooding is the dumping of refuse on drainage lines leading to blockages in different drainage systems. The issue of flooding in Nigeria has rendered several homeless, degraded the environment. In other to ensure a sustainable living for every class of citizen in Nigeria there is need to first of all enlighten the citizen on the impact of dumping of refuse in drainage systems and also the impact of improper waste management. |
