     The Environmental Protection Agency in Liberia had a look over at the old Laws that govern the GM Product which did not guide the GM product well. Lately the Agency decided to have a look over and the old ones and made new laws that holds and governed any Genetic Modified Products coming into the country. The GMO materials have toxicants, anti-nutritional factors, these factors caused allergic responses in a particular area. In the Regulation we had Preliminary, Applications, Enforcement and Regulation, and Miscellaneous. In order to do trans-boundary we should have plan schedule. * Application Form * Techniques of Genetic Modification Application on Transit Approval Before a Genetic modified Materials is brought into this country they shoul have approval from the Environmental Protection Agency. Unauthorized transit of genetically modified Organism * Unintentional release while on transit * Modification of application before the Agency makes the final decision *Procedure after receipt of application The Environmental Protection Agency should set up trained Agents from the Agency to see GM products coming into the country. GM products should be tested by lab technicians. These are some Key points I gathered at the GM Biotechnology Workshop.
