Well, I do say "Yes". Even though it looks like only some amount of electricity of saved by this campaign, it is a powerhouse of many other campaigns. The I Will if You Will Campaign was able to create a lot of promises among people over the past years.

This Year, a new campaign has come from Earth Hour: "Earth Hour Blue". 
Change is Underway, we too can be a part of it.

You can Back Projects, Causes, Donate, etc. Some issues that have come up on the site till now are: Bancas for Philippines, Stoves to protect Pandas, etc. 
There are many more to come.
