The address of  H.H Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Environment Day stressed the importance of spreading awareness  among the general public and the importance of encouraging investments in a green economy.

 It is in a green economy, where sustainable development, the judicious use of resources in the present while keeping resources for future generation can truly flourish. The efforts of the United Arab Emirates to shoulder the responsibility of protecting & conserving the environment are commendable.
