Dubai Shopping Festival ( DSF) is considered to be known as the most exciting shopping festivals of Dubai. This festival is organized at the starting of a year and just before arrival of summer. Dubai Shopping festival is something that has made Dubai proud. 

This was just a small introduction of DSF for those of my Tunza friends who don't know about it.

Because of it's popularity , DSF is the perfect platform to convey /spread Green living message . It is one of the biggest shopping events in the Middle East it has the power to influence huge numbers of shops and shoppers.

This year  DSF 2014 has taken an innovative step towards a greener community, launching the region?s first sustainable fashion and lifestyle marketplace made from shipping containers.

All retail, lifestyle and F&B brands participating in "Market Outside the Box"(Market OTB) at Burj Park operate out of stylishly refurbished shipping containers. The containers have been completely transformed into retail stores, cafes, and food kiosks, using a popular green concept already present in some places.

Market OTB will put spotlight on responsible use of natural resources and environmentally conscious  operations that will shape greener community in future

That's one small step for the DSF, a giant green message for society.
