Cows Eat Plastics instead of Grass

by | 25-12-2013 16:48

In the villages near Chidambaram, I see many cows wandering here and there in search of grass with their owners. In many places, I can see many cows eating plastics, that are thrown away by humans. Plastics are useful for us but they pollute our environment if burnt or make the environment unclean if they are not disposed in a proper manner. As the places where plastics are nearer to the place where cows live, the cows have to eat the plastics in great hunger. We know that cows give us milk. Milk is rich in calcium. As the cows eat plastics instead of grass, the milk contains impurities in it. Humans who drink milk from those cows would be affected with diseases. Government has taken several ideas to reduce the eating of plastics by the cows. Now I can see many improvements that the owners of the cows should make the cows to eat grass.
