 Ganga is holy river in India.It is longest river in india .It water use in worship.some decades ago its water use for drinking ,but today level of contamination is very high.due to contamination it level of quality is decline. Cause of pollution is discharge of industrial water,sewage water .municipal waste dump into river,bathing ,discharge of agriculture waste etc.So today it water is not fit for drinking. its quality is also change.
