Environmental awareness is about being conscious of the world around us. 

Preventing damage to the environment has become a way of life for many people, with zero waste and  sustainable living  becoming common goals in households and businesses across the nation. 

The natural our environment had damage massively in the last 25 years on the island of Sumatra has caused serious impact on society itself. So, environmental awareness at a young age is very necessary. This condition, which encourages collaboration between Mongabay-Indonesia with the Simphoni  to hold a series of tours to schools in five major cities in Sumatra for 25 days from September 20 to October 16, 2013. 

The journey will start from the south to the north of the island of Sumatra. Cities visited on this trip was Palembang (21-24 September), Jambi (26-27 September), Pekanbaru (30 September-1 Oktober), Padang (6-7 Oktober) dan Medan (11-12 Oktober).  From series of these tours we will preserve natural resources and our environment.
