Nepal is just past a historic election and the leaders will be working shortly to draft the constitution in the country. Many agendas are put forth before the election to pull the votes in their favor. But its a crucial period, a moment when we have to act otherwise we will fall never to rise again. Nepal is just an example when it is necessary for every country, every constitution to address the climate change not as an secondary agenda but as a primary one. It can never be second when everything is directly affected by the climate change.  So, its an urge, an appeal to all the world leaders that we get serious over the impacts of climate chance or else it would be too late to amend our carelessness.
