On the 29^th November, SYNERGY members attended an environment clean up event called" Clean Up The World Campaign". SYNERGY members gathered around the Union Square by 8:30 at Dubai. 

The campaign was conducted near a metro station , a place full of natural beauty with bushes and trees. People often throng this place for morning walks. Shirts and Caps were distributed by the group leader, Simran Vedvyas. We were provided with gloves and garbage bags too. After clicking a few group pictures, the campaign began. We found a lot of litter lying around the place. We found old glass bottles and cigarette buds scattered around the bushes and pavements. Litter tarnishes the image of any place.

 The SYNERGY members actively took the responsibility of picking up this litter and disposing them in the right manner. The morning walkers were impressed and motivated by the effective work done by the green warriors. They also felt the need to help the environment. At the end of  the event all the waste bags were tied up and placed together for collection. The event was over by at 10:00 and we returned home with the satisfaction of having done something valuable for the environment.
