 The term biological diversity commonly shortened to biodiversity is use used to decirbe the number, variety and variability of living organisms.The global biodiversity wealth is vast and only a small fraction is know as yet . Speciation and extinction are natural process.But habitat loss due to human intervention for various reason are the prime concern for species extinction .In fact ,there is no precise extinction of the number of species which are being lost over the decades .There was no estimates of actual .Species member only the larger plants and animal were mostly monitored for over past couples of decades .25% of world's plant species might be lost by the year 2025AD. |
