It was originally known as TPM, formerly Agricultural Park Hill Cerakah first developed on 24 April 1986 before promulgated into Taman Pertanian Malaysia Bukit Cahaya Seri Alam by the late Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Al-Haj ibni Al-Alam Shah Hisamuddin Haj in 1991. As the only Botanical Gardens that highlight the concept of tropical rain forest botany, TBNSA focuses on documentation and inventory for the purpose of conservation, research, education and exhibition fauna. It is also endowed with countless of initiative activities from public education to enjoyment of the Botanical Garden and the natural sense botany in having some reconnection with nature for more love and appreciate our natural heritage award My friend, Faruk came to my house with a motor bike with which we bike to the place. At the entrance, we parked our bike at the designated place for bikers. As we entered into the dream garden, we saw a very corrugated roof with numerous bicycles parked in front of it. We took one bicycle each upon getting a receipt from the cartaker. She told us to have fun and pay later when we come back to the entrance. She said the first one hour costs RM 5 and the subsequent ones will be RM1 respectively. The fee for entering into the paradise was also RM3. We rode for almost 3 kilometers with the bicycles and came back after having a great reconnection with nature. We saw some monkeys hopping here and there on the trees, the beautifully natured streams, numerous kinds of colorful birds, etc. Not to forget the antelopes and the porcupines too. There are countless of green settings. I cannot end my speech with talking about the 4season House. It?s such an amazing place to be. I was my first time experiencing the autumn and the spring weather being there. Indeed! I loved it.There are places like the Camar Rimba, Skytrek, Flyfishing, Tropical Fruit Park, New River Dam, Yellow Water River Dam, Cactus Gardens, Cultural Village etc. The picture sessions were even the most amazing part of the journey. We even made a video that show cased our feelings, observations and recommendations on the place. I made certain recommendation to the crews like having some measures to help check the activities of littering around by certain visitors. I wish you could also be there eto witness the gift of nature and to have a reconnection with nature. http://almugis.blogspot.com/2013/10/visit-to-most-greenest-garden-in-world.html |
