East sea in Koreaby | 29-09-2013 13:27 |

This summer has been a cruel summer for the fishery people and business in Korea. Green and red algae problem, unusual weather and the nuclear scare from Japan make fish consumption record low in Summer. Especially the East sea, facing Japan, hits hard. During the Korean thanks giving holiday, my family visited the city called 'Gang-neung', famous for its beautiful sea shore and pine trees. Since the weather turns cold, not many people have showed up at the beachhowever, the remnants of summer could be spotted everywhere, in other words, garbage. I went out early in the morning with my parents to pick cigarette butts, plastic wraps from sweets and so on. Just hoped people would be a bit thoughtful when they discarded their waste, what their action could affect on this beautiful environment.
