 Governments and other stakeholders should build up human resources capacity(managerial,technical and vocational)for trees plantatios.There should be improvements of extensions service to support woodlots establishment by individuals and communities.Government should support trees industries with an enabling environment and appropriate incentives.Such support would ensure improvements in energy efficiency,lower waste production and ensure resource conservation,use of safe and environmentally compatible material,safe working condition and adequate and relevant human resource capacity. |
