Youth now-a-days are being integral part for development all-round the globe. They are the future and they bear a mind for revolutionary change, the positive change, according the need and necessity, realizing the possible drawbacks and future effects.

Nepal, a developing country bear tremendous challenges and difficulties for youth. According to data revealed by Tribhuvan International Airport 2012 more than 1800 youths fly for overseas jobs and opportunities per day. Just imagine how tragic the situation is. The country is triggering the development in backward motion. The ongoing political situation, corrupted administration,  lack of well implemented rules and regulation and insufficient job opportunities are the major problems prevailing here in our nation. Due to corrupted administration the one with low potential get chance to enroll in vacant post leaving potential mind behind.
