On 3rd August 2013 we visited the science express which was arrived the Cuddalore Junction three days before which is arranged by the Govt. of India. It is the train related to Bio Diversity. There was a big fair inside the train. There were beautiful and real models of animals and technologies. It describes the natural features of India. There is an eco house model which won't pollute the nature by the simplest means. There is also the model of the earth which would rotate and shows the light at the place of sun. There is also a world clock in the train. They also explain the traditions of people lioving in deserts, who the peoplel iving in cold parts of India.There is also lot of facts written in the windows of the train(outside). There is also a working model under the topic of rain water harvesting. There are models of an animal and birds which looks like a real one. Many school children and the public come and visited the train. The main purpose of this trip is to kindle the awareness about our biodiversity. It took place in the book of limca awards because more than one crore people and students visited it. |
