I found the video in you tube about a snowfall in Southern Philippine at 24 July 2013 (exactly on yesterday). Click Here ! is it true? 

I think I must keep calm, and do some research about it, so I try to ask the truth about this video to the youths of Philippine indeed. During the time, I just know that there will only be snowfall or permanent glaciers in the tropics if the altitude of a place is more than 15,000 feet. 

In Southeast Asia, snowfall only happens on the high mountains of Indonesia and Myanmar. Snowfall is also recorded in Vietnam, it's because northern Vietnam is above the tropic of cancer. 

How bout you guys? Have you ever heard about the news? or is it just fake news? if it is true, we have a big problem of the global climate change :( I hope it is just fake news...
